By creating an account on Tujuane.co.ke, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility

Location: While open to all, the service is optimized for users within Kenya.
3. User Conduct and Safety

Honesty: You agree to provide accurate information and photos. Impersonation is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Behavior: You may not use Tujuane to harass, stalk, or solicit money from other members. Scamming or “catfishing” will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Offline Meetings: Tujuane is a platform for introductions. We do not perform background checks. You are solely responsible for your safety when meeting members in person. Always meet in public places.
4. Premium Membership and Payments (M-Pesa)

VIP Access: Certain features (like the VIP Lounge) require a paid subscription.

Lipa na M-Pesa: All payments are processed via M-Pesa STK Push. By clicking “Pay,” you authorize a payment request to be sent to your phone.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the VIP access, all M-Pesa payments are non-refundable once the VIP features have been unlocked on your account.
5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You own the photos and text you post, but you grant Tujuane a license to display them to other members for matchmaking purposes.

Our Content: The “Match Percentage” logic, the Tujuane logo, and the website design are the intellectual property of Tujuane.co.ke.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

You violate these terms.

We receive multiple credible reports of harassment from other users.

You use the platform for commercial advertising or prostitution.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tujuane.co.ke is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any emotional distress, financial loss, or physical harm resulting from your interactions with other members.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
