  • Google User Data: When you log in via Google, we access your name, email address, and profile picture. This is used solely to create your account and verify your identity.

  • M-Pesa Data: We collect your phone number to facilitate secure “Lipa na M-Pesa” STK push payments for VIP access.

  • Profile Data: Interests (e.g., “Nature,” “Cooking”), age, and location provided by you to calculate match compatibility.

3. Google OAuth “Limited Use” Disclosure

Tujuane.co.ke strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

  • We only use Google data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the user interface.

  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, especially not for advertising, serving ads, or “data brokering.”

  • Human access to your Google user data is strictly prohibited unless you provide explicit consent for a specific support issue.

4. Data Sharing and Privacy

  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell your data. We only share information with essential service providers (like M-Pesa payment gateways) to complete transactions you initiate.

  • Public Visibility: Other registered members can see your profile photo, bio, and shared interests to facilitate matchmaking.

5. Security and Retention

  • Security: We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission.

  • Retention: We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your profile from our active matching system.

  • Object to the processing of your data.

  • Request the deletion of your personal data.

  • Revoke Access: You can disconnect your Google account from Tujuane at any time through your Google Security Settings.
